As a member of the Letzy community, it is required to read the community guidelines specified below and comply with these rules in all activities within the Letzy community.
RULES YOU MUST FOLLOW
We want to remind you that every individual has a different character, and therefore, content containing elements such as nudity, sexual content, and sexual desires is not permitted in public profiles. Such content can only be shared during a private conversation where the other party has given consent. Consent of the other party must always be prioritized within Letzy.
Avoid sharing your personal information or contact information through which people can reach you in a way that everyone can see or copy. We recommend that you do not publicly display information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media accounts. Sharing important information such as bank account numbers or email passwords, both publicly and privately, is always risky and should be avoided. You should also not ask others to send you their personal information. You should be careful when sending money to people you meet through Letzy and make sure you trust the person enough to send them money.
Since we support a positive atmosphere within the Letzy community, we do not tolerate any violent content including images or depictions of blood, death (against humans or animals), violent actions, use of weapons, or content that advocates or glorifies self-harm. You should not share or request such content in both public and private posts, regardless of the other party's consent. We would like to state that we can take necessary steps to protect our community when such issues are detected.
Avoid advertising or promoting for the purpose of gaining followers, selling products, collecting donations, or running campaigns, and please do not share your social media accounts for this purpose. We would also like to remind you that the Letzy community absolutely cannot be used for sex work, escort services, or offering paid relationships. You should avoid such uses and requests.
To ensure the reliability of the Letzy community, you should never act on behalf of real or fake personalities other than your own. You should always use your own identity in both public and private posts and stay away from uses that imitate other people.
You should be respectful to all kinds of people when communicating, keeping in mind that there are many people with different lifestyles, cultures, and characters in the Letzy community. If a conversation unexpectedly deteriorates and you see such behavior from the other party, avoid reacting and just report it to us. We would like to remind you that harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, exposure, coercion, blackmail, or any behavior aimed at intentional harm is never permitted within Letzy, and such behaviors will be immediately punished when detected.
Behaviors involving racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence targeting a person's race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, disability status, physical condition, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, or sexual orientation are never permitted.
We take very seriously any action or behavior that implies, aims at, or inflicts harm on another member on online or offline physical or digital platforms. All content that invites or encourages harm is included in this assessment.
When you are subjected to prohibited behaviors by someone from the Letzy community, remember that you can always contact the support team and you are never obligated to continue communicating with these people. We would like to remind you that we do everything we can to protect all our members from such behaviors because we value our community.
You must be 18 years old to join our community, please do not hide your real age. We would like to state that if you are found to have made a false statement, you will be punished. Additionally, you should avoid sharing or requesting childhood photos even if the other party consents.
We do not allow illegal content or activities in any way. All illegal activities such as buying and selling drugs or counterfeit products through Letzy are prohibited, and users will be punished if this is detected. You should not make such requests from any community member or coerce them on this matter.
In our community, everyone should have only one account belonging to themselves, and under no circumstances should other people's accounts be used, even with consent. Additionally, you should not share their public or private information, messages, photos, or similar content with anyone without other people's permission.
Please avoid misusing our community and using it to spread false or misleading information. You should also avoid sharing spam-like harmful links or unwanted content. You should not use it to manipulate community members or systems used, deceive and defraud people, or convince them to send money. You should not cooperate with third-party applications or people inside or outside the community to perform these prohibited behaviors.
Keeping our community active is our main goal, so if you do not log into your account for 6 months, your account may be considered unused and may be deleted because it is inactive. Therefore, if you want to appear in the application, don't forget to log into your account.
REPORTING
As part of our community, we care that everyone follows the rules. We are doing everything we can in this regard, but we are always open to help from our members for the safety and development of our community. If someone is harming you, bothering you, or pressuring you, you can report this to us.
Additionally, if you detect any behavior that violates any rule we have published, you can contact our support team, and we would like to remind you that all complaints you make to us will be kept confidential.

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours and necessary actions are taken. For emergencies, please also contact local law enforcement.
OUR AUTHORITY
Compliance with community guidelines is important for a community to function in a healthy and safe manner. Therefore, many platforms, including Letzy, make efforts to ensure that users comply with these rules.
Sanctions we can apply in case of rule violations:
We inform you that if we determine that our community members have violated any rules, policies, or agreements published by us, we have the right and authority to investigate. In these cases, we can carry out all kinds of punishment, including suspending or terminating accounts.
Additionally, users whose accounts have been terminated do not have the right to request a refund for any purchase transactions.
RIGHT TO APPEAL
In the event that your account is suspended or closed, you can appeal the decision by sending an email to hello@888technology.co. Your appeal will be evaluated within 7 business days and you will receive a response.
UPDATING THE RULES
888 TECHNOLOGY, LLC reserves the right to update these community guidelines at any time. When significant changes are made, users will be informed through the Platform or via email.
